GeorgeJon, the leader in eDiscovery platform consulting, management and support services, has recently hired a dynamic group of industry stalwarts to strengthen leadership, technical operations, customer support, and HR teams. Highlighting the expansion are seasoned veterans in critical roles:
- Ryan Merholz (Vice President, Engineering) will oversee GeorgeJon’s support, professional services, and security programs to ensure world-class customer experiences for our global client base. His service acumen and technical expertise was honed over 15+ years in the eDiscovery realm at Relativity, where he built and led customer support/success, program management and consulting teams. Ryan led the transition of Relativity’s support organization to the cloud and evolved their approach to customer success management for service providers. He is also a passionate advocate for workplace inclusion, diversity and belonging.
- Amy Mejia (Director, Human Resources) brings vast experience in enhancing people operations and leading strategic HR initiatives for growing companies across a wide range of industries. She will develop and evolve GeorgeJon’s HR processes and programs, including talent management and development, employee engagement, compensation/benefits, and much more. Amy will focus on helping George Jon achieve ever-evolving goals by optimizing company-wide productivity and satisfaction.
- Richard de Los Reyes (Account Executive, New Business) is a veteran leader with roots in the eDiscovery world. Overseeing customer support and infrastructure teams at Relativity, he managed high-level engineering groups as they deployed environments and solved customer issues, and often worked with GeorgeJon to forge solutions. Now part of the GeorgeJon team, he will manage critical client accounts and leverage his significant knowledge in sales, support, and infrastructure to benefit our customer base.
- Ryan Flint (eDSM Senior Engineer) comes to GeorgeJon after a 10+ years on the Relativity Infrastructure Support team, where he managed, supported and supercharged client environments to optimize performance and solve problems. His expertise in diagnosing, remediating and proactively preventing platform issues will enhance the end user experience and bring peace of mind to George Jon customers of every shape and size.
