Jessee will establish and implement a strategic plan for customer success at GeorgeJon, working with the Leadership and CS teams to set and manage standards for service excellence, client communications, and strategic goals. A proven leader and tech expert, her skillset will enable vibrant customer and internal relationships, strategic and operational roadmap building, and a deep understanding of client needs and the procurement process.
