Adam Chardukian Joins GJ Leadership Team

As George Jon evolves from a niche business into an international enterprise, it is imperative that we construct and implement a growth strategy aligned with our core principles: providing superior technological solutions and an exceptional customer experience. These aspirational standards can only be achieved when internal procedures and best practices function to fully support and develop our most valuable asset: our rock star staff!

Our Management Team works tirelessly to ensure that staff members have the necessary support and development opportunities to grow, thrive, and make informed decisions. We constantly promote both short- and long-term goals and equip staff with the right tools to ensure we can intelligently scale staff while minimizing growing pains.

And thus it is with great excitement that we announce the addition of Adam Chardukian as the newest member of the GJ Leadership Team. Adam will assume the newly established role of Vice President of Strategy. He has been tasked with creating a new department, responsible for meshing external market factors with our core principles to forge organizational standards that drive intelligent decision making. As we continue to grow and assume a leadership role in the IT industry, we want to ensure that our strategic development is aligned with our enterprise trajectory.

Adam has nearly a decade of experience in executing consulting engagements for a global client base. His expertise is rooted in target operating model design, business strategy development, financial analysis, product management, and Lean Six Sigma implementation.

Most recently, Adam served as a Manager at Cognizant Consulting, where he directed multiple large-scale digital transformations, established enterprise-wide operating models, and worked with C-Suite executives to develop strategic business and technology roadmaps. Adam’s performance as a thought leader and stalwart employee garnered him the Cognizant Consulting Global “Consultant of the Year Award” in 2016, and he was nominated for Consulting Magazine’s “Rising Stars: Top 30 Industry Consultants Under 35” in 2017.

Adam holds an International MBA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Corporate Finance and Global Supply Chain and Operations Management from the University of South Carolina.

Please join me in offering Adam a warm welcome to George Jon on September 24!
