Rob Gore :: Help Desk Technician

 

GoreRob has been with George Jon since May of 2011.  His role as a Help Desk Technician places him at the front line for troubleshooting technology issues from a wide range of clients.  His 15+ years of customer service experience prior to joining George Jon has helped guide him into a patient and always pleasant person. He enjoys speaking with clients directly and giving them a high level of personal attention when they are in need. Rob became a Relativity Certified Administrator for kCura’s Relativity software in June of 2011.
