I’ve been with George Jon since November 2011 working as a Help Desk Tech responsible for addressing daily requests and issues from multiple clients ranging from user requests and questions to major networking issues affecting a company as whole. I also work closely with our network specialists, field techs, and senior techs by assisting on issues or on projects. Before George Jon, I worked in different environments including the wireless industry, engineering industry, and medical industry.
