Marina Schenk :: Dispatch

My name is Marina Schenk and I am the Dispatcher here at George Jon. My job is to help ensure that tickets are acknowledged and resolved in an expeditious manner as well as level-one support. Currently in pursuit of a degree in Computer Science, I was fortunate enough to join the George Jon team while I gain more knowledge and experience in my field. I have over ten years of experience in the customer service field and have been working with computer repairs for more than five. My passion for technology, combined with my fine-tuned customer service skills, make for a great combination in ensuring client satisfaction.

- Not only do I enjoy fixing computers, but I am also master of fixing tools (jack hammers, chainsaws, drills, etc.)
- I enjoy going to conventions and COS play – some recent costumes have been Misty from Pokemon and Romana Flowers from Scott Pilgrim
- I am a huge foodie and love inventing new bacon dishes (I might be willing to share a few recipes)
- Another passion of mine is reading – I love anything by Stephen King and Brett Easton Ellis
- I spend most of my free nights playing video games or working out
