Kevin Reimer :: Network Specialist

I’ve been working in the IT industry for 12 years. Prior to George Jon, I spent time with an engineering firm in the Loop and the Network Administration Group (specializing in Novell products, Lotus Notes, and ZENworks). Since joining George Jon, I’ve enjoyed the unique challenges that every client brings to the table. While the philosophy of large corporate networking came to GJ with me, I tend to specialize in the Small Business server market, where a company with a few employees needs the same features as a large company … without the big budget. I’ve always been involved in sports, so when I’m presented with the challenge to go into a client, assess the needs, and implement a winning solution, I jump at the opportunity.
George Jon has grown rapidly the last few years, and it’s a thrill to see what new challenge each day brings. I have met great individuals at my numerous clients, and am honored to serve them all.

- I have a degree in Construction Management, not computers.
- I play the drums.
- I’m a loyal Bears fan for life, even though it kills me some years. Cubs – not a chance, I can only take so much defeat.
- Unable to sit still for long periods of time
- When not working, I will do just about anything other than look at a computer … which pretty much leaves me using the construction degree
